As an update to my second FOI request to the Crown Prosecution Service re Rochdale child rape, I can confirm that it has been passed up to the Strategy & Policy Unit of the CPS. Realistically that means that there are probably now three likely outcomes.
1. We get the information we need.
2. They continue to blank us.
3. They seek to have me arrested and charged.
I like option one better.
